Fifth Bowl

The Fifth Bowl of God's wratgh / plague (Rev 16:10-11):

1. Poured on the throne of the beast, and the beast's kingdom darkened and people were in pain.

2. People blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and they did not repent of their deeds.

3. As people blasphemed God because of their pains and their sores, it was reminiscent of the Exodus, when the plagues hardened Pharaoh's heart so much so that he sought revenge (Ex 14:4-8). The Fourth Trumpet already darkened 1/3 of sun and moon light (Rev 8:12), and people had already experienced the torment of unrequited pain as the result of the Fifth Trumpet (Rev 9:4-10).
