While there is no explicit mention of the "second resurrection," Revelation 20:5 implies that a second resurrection takes
place.
Because the Bible indicates that the saints of the first resurrection will be those martyred for their faith during the Great
Tribulation, the second resurrection will entail everyone else including non-Believers. Note carefully that there are several
books open before the Great White Throne including the Book of Life (Rev 20:12-13).
If the second resurrection was exclusively for non-Believers, it seems hardly necessary to have the Book of
Life present.
This point seems more consistent with the view that both Believers and non-Believers compose the second
resurrection which harmonizes with other references (Dan 12:2;
John 5:24-29; Acts 24:15).
