Approach: Studying several passages to observe motives.

Hermeneutic objective: Practicing good observation to learn more about Satan, his demons, and how they work.

Theological objective: In pursuit of opposing God with his own kingdom, Satan and his demons:

1) discourage the worship of God and cause the destruction of God's prized creation - man,

2) attempt to discourage the witness and ministry effectiveness of the Christians, and

3) attempt to blind and deceive non-Christians to the gospel.
