The Bible is full of passages that seem difficult, violent, hard to understand, or just plain weird. For a lot of people, the most
difficult part of the Bible is the section where a good and loving God seemingly commands genocide against the Canaanites. How do we
reconcile the violence of the Old Testament with the love of Jesus? This workshop will examine some of the hardest passages in the Bible,
help you understand the history, context, and people groups in the Old Testament, and give you the tools to help others answer hard questions
in their faith.
