Whether the reference "sons of God" can be interpreted as "angels" or not is the center of controversy. For those who see this as meaning angels, it is explicit evidence that angels can procreate - at least with human beings.

With regard to the creation of angels, the Bible implies that they were created on the first day of Creation.
