Seminar: Prayer and Communicating with God

Objective: Objective: You will be able to understand the nature of prayer, the character required for effective prayer, and how to grow your faith in God. These seminars, offered every few months, is to support Bible study groups by presenting unique and interactive approaches to Bible study to inspire and recharge groups.


How This Seminar is Unique:

  • You will learn how to study objectively.
  • You will learn how to develop a working hypothesis for testing and refinement.
  • You will learn how to build a sound foundation from which to build a systematic theology.
  • You will be able to teach and be a blessing to another.

Who: Open to all churches. Bring a family member, friend, or Bible study group; you'll be working collaboratively within your own group. Limited to adults as there is no childcare. Bring pen and perhaps a clipboard to write on the worksheet provided. RSVP at helpmewithbiblestudy@gmail.com to ensure enough lessons for everyone. A representative for your group can just indicate how many will be coming.


When and Where: Westminster Chapel, Sunday evening October 13, 6:30 pm, Room 304.
