The people who God draws and comes to Jesus Christ are Old Testament Believers "who have
heard and learned from the Father." These are God's "treasured possession among all the peoples,"
and "kingdom of priests and a holy nation."
37) All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to
Me I will never cast out. 38) For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the
will of Him who sent Me. (John 6:37-38, LSB)
5) These twelve Jesus sent out after instructing them, saying, "Do not go
in the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter any city of the Samaritans; 6) but rather go to
the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7) And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven
is at hand.' (Matt 10:5-7, LSB)
But He answered and said, "I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the
house of Israel." (Matt 15:24, LSB)
